  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • Local Orders: 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your region or shipping method).


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

  • We are not liable for lost packages marked as delivered by the courier.
