Refund & Returns Policy
At Aura Elevate, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy, outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the case of a size issue, and only if we have the requested size available for exchange.
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- You must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect choice
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
2. Exchange Process
If we have the correct size available, we will gladly exchange the item.
- You must cover the delivery costs for sending the item back and for the new item to be shipped to you.
- To request an exchange, contact us at info@auraelevate.store with your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the size you’d like.
If the size you want is not available, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package at info@auraelevate.store with a photo of the item and your order number. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
